Dr. de Kleer completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Western Ontario, received her medical degree from the University of Toronto, graduating with honors in these programs, She completed her 5 years of surgical training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Toronto.

Dr. de Kleer is certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Dr. de Kleer is a member of the Ontario Society of Plastic Surgeons, Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Canadian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. She enjoys being actively involved in training medical students and Plastic Surgery trainees.
Dr. de Kleer currently heads the Division of Plastic Surgery at Halton Healthcare Services and operates at both the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital site and Georgetown Hospital site. Dr. de Kleer also has privileges at the Mississauga and Burlington hospitals.
Dr. de Kleer performs a broad range of reconstructive and cosmetic procedures. Her areas of surgical interest and expertise include breast surgery, facial plastic surgery and body contouring surgery. Her strengths also include her genuine and caring manner, her meticulous surgical technique, and her conscientious care.
