- Your products must be purchased online or at Oakville Plastic Surgery.
- Products should be returned to Oakville Plastic Surgery within 10 days of the initial order date.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept product returns after 10 days from the initial order.
- Items specified as non-returnable, not for resale, or given as complimentary cannot be returned.
- Before starting a return, please contact us via email or phone so we can authorize the return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will either exchange your product for an item of equal or lesser value or issue you a store credit that can be used for future purchases.
- Please note that no refunds are provided for online or in-store purchases.
The store credit is a monetary credit note for the returned products’ value minus any original shipping charges (if applicable) and can be used towards the purchase of other products at Oakville Plastic Surgery.
Online Return Policy:
If you’re not entirely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it within 10 days of the original purchase and receive a store credit valid exclusively at Oakville Plastic Surgery. Regrettably, we are unable to provide store credit for original shipping charges (if applicable).
If you choose to ship the products back to us, please be aware that you are responsible for return shipping charges. Once your return request is confirmed, please ship the items back to us and include a copy of your original order confirmation email.
