Michaela is a Registered Nurse

Michaela, a registered nurse injector new to oakville plastic surgeryShe comes to us with two decades of experience, and a specialty in sclerotherapy treatments. She started her medical journey as an ICU Nurse in the Czech Republic and relocated to Canada in 1990. While training in a vein clinic, she discovered a deep interest and skill for sclerotherapy treatment. Michaela is currently a Sclerotherapy Instructor at the Chellsey Institute of Aesthetics where she shares her vast expertise with medical practitioners wanting to develop their skills.

Wait, what’s sclerotherapy?

Sclerotherapy is a technique used to shrink or dissolve those pesky varicose or spider veins we all notice on our legs and arms. A chemical solution is carefully injected into the vein to help it disappear. This treatment can also help with the discomfort like aching, swelling, or burning that some people experience with vein conditions.
